Arthur is the champion of the Tuxon region.
Appearance[]
Arthur is a blonde man who is dressed like a knight. He wears chainmail and armor, paired with a sword sheathed on his hip and a red cape on his shoulders.
Personality[]
Arthur has a strong sense of responsibility. He takes his role as one of region's leaders seriously. However, he admits that he neglected some of the region's problems in the past, which gives Team Imperium the opportunity to invade.
What If England Was a Pokémon Region?[]
After Team Imperium wrecks one of the region's libraries, Arthur goes with Morgana to investigate the damage. When Elizabeth/George arrives at the scene, the two explain the situation to them, revealing that Team Imperium stole books regarding the ancient dragon and how to resurrect it. Arthur reluctantly admits that he believed that the League's leadership over the region was perfectly fine, ignoring other members of the Elite Four that objected to the leniency in the region. However, current events forced him to reevaluate their leadership and now the League is on high alert. Although he doesn't like asking other for help, he requests that Elizabeth/George help protect the region and stop Team Imperium.
He appears alongside the rest of the League as they cheer on Elizabeth/George during their battles with Nero and Toxygen. Much like the rest of his coworkers, Arthur is shocked at the idea that there's a mole within the League. Arthur and Victoria thank Elizabeth/George for their efforts; however, he's unnerved by the idea of a traitor in the League. Victoria tries to reassure him, saying that Nero isn't exactly the most trustworthy source. Although he admits that Victoria has a point, Arthur assures them that he's going to keep a closer eye on the League.
