This Gym is a non-canonical gym that appears in the "What if I Was A Pokemon Gym Leader? (Remake)" video. It is led by MrBuddy's self-insert.
Overview[]
This Gym is a water-type Gym Leader (referencing Buddy's real-life love of all things water-related) and would serve as its region's third or fourth Gym. It isn't only a Gym however, it is also a fully functional indoors water park with many trainers hanging around on the ground level and various pools that the player can interact with. There is even a tiki bar area that sells Lemonade and Soda Pop, a pokémon-specific pool and water slides.
The Gym Puzzle[]
It takes place in the central tower. Your goal is to scale the tower to reach Buddy at the top but your way is blocked by three gates. To open the gates the player has to do a small minigame where he uses mounted water cannons to hit various targets spread out across the Gym. Hit the right one and a gate unlocks, leading the player to the next section. Hit the wrong one, or an innocent bystander, and a battle will begin with one of the Gym Trainers. If the player splashes one of the trainers on the ground level with water they will also begin a battle. After having downed all three gates, the player reaches the tall lifeguard chair where Buddy awaits for the Gym Leader battle.
