Dimension 7.8-10a is a version of Hoenn that suffered a major flood after Team Aqua summoned Kyogre. The region has recovered after the disaster and life carries on; however, the flood undeniably changed the life of those living in the region.
The URS arrives in the dimension to retrieve Xurkitree and stop the electrical storms it's causing.
