Appearance

Solieria is woman with light blue skin that's common in her dimension. Her hair is dark blue and covers one eye. Her jumpsuit is blue and white and overs every part of her body, excluding her face. She wears a large helmet with has a drop-down visor that can cover her eyes.

When she's Buddyized, She wears a long white dress with blue accents on the sleeves and sides.

Personality

Soliera is kind, professional woman. She speaks in a bit of a robotic manny, but she genuinely cares about the people around her, especially her coworkers. She can also act a little goofy when she's not on a mission.

When she's Buddyized, she displays the trademark happiness of Team Buddy. However, her actual personality is a mix between her usual robotic delivery and a 50s housewife attitude. She wears blue heels. Her hair is complexly twisted around her head and dangles off her shoulder. She wear blue pearl earrings. Like all Buddyized characters, her outfit matches her usual color scheme.

What If I Made a Pokémon Game?

Soliera, along with the original URS introduces the Ultra PC to the organization during their orientation. She occasionally provides commentary about the rooms at the Ultra Command Center—and Dulse's cooking—during Phyco's tour. When they arrive at the Dimensional Gateway, Phyco sends Soliera to get a box with the Ultra PC's Poipole, explaining the concept of a Pokémon trainer to them. After Ultra Mom comes to Dimensional Gateway and says that there's a roaming Ultra Beast, Phyco sends Zossie, Dulse, and the Ultra PC on the mission, with Ultra Mom, Soliera, and Phyco staying at the command center to run information.

During a side quest, Soliera is fused with a Pokémon due to a problem with the Dimensional Gateway. Ultimately, the Ultra PC figures out how to get her back to normal.

Soliera accompanies the Ultra PC on their second mission. Before entering Dimension Z-13B, she asks to battle the Ultra PC to test their skills. She is impressed when she loses and leads the way through the wormhole.

When the two reach the outside of the Lumiose City limits, they start making a plan to catch the UB, but are interrupted by Team Berserk's invasion. Soliera immediately runs to the city to help, but is stopped by some Team Berserk grunts. While the Ultra PC deals with the grunts, Soliera researches the invaders and what they intend to do to Kalos, which she relays to the Ultra PC. When the two enter the city, Soliera says that although they are here for the Ultra Beast, they need to do whatever they can to help. At this point, Soliera runs off into the city to help the victims.

After defeating Team Berserk, Soliera says that the team has left the city and praises the Ultra PC. She reveals that while she was helping in the city, she tracked down the Ultra Beast. After wrangling the Ultra Beast, the two return to the Command Center.

Soliera is later seen alongside the other URS members, worrying about Phyco who hasn't returned from his mission. She says that the rest of the team is divided between other missions, so they need to send the Ultra PC to go save him by themselves.

After the main story, she appears with the rest of the URS to send Zossie off on her first solo mission.

Team Buddy Returns

Soliera and Phyco were Buddyized during Neo Team Buddy's invasion of the Ultra Command Center, leading to their Buddyization. They contribute to the team by supplying them with Nihilegos.

Lillie and Sirius/Stella meet Soliera and Phyco at the Altar of the Sunne/Moone. The two are working with the Ultra Wormhole at the altar and they lead a group of Team Buddy researches that are experimenting with the wormhole and the Nihilegos in nearby canisters. When Phyco and Soliera notice Sirius/Stella approach, they challenge them to a double battle. They break out of their Buddyization when they lose. Lillie makes sure that they're okay, which they confirm before telling them about Team Buddy's invasion of their home dimension. They don't know why Team Buddy is asking them to harvest Nihilego, even though they've been Buddyized for weeks, but they presume it's nothing good. They express worry about their two missing coworkers: Dulse and Zossie. They leave to save their home dimension and gives Sirius/Stella a Poipole.
