What is Swellville? Swellville is an alternate reality withing the buddyverse, stated by Buddy to be its own pocket dimension in a livestream. Swellville is unlike the canon universe in being that everyone is naturally swell, with a 1950's aesthetic. Reigonal vareints from the canon universe to carry over into this pocket dimension (though it is unclear if buddyverse original pokemon will appear.) Another key difference is that swellville does not have buddization or buddized pokemon. Team Buddy is also non existant, the closest to an evil team is the lord of the flies esc subscribers cult hotel, "HOTeL". Many backstories and characters are different from their canon counterparts, Swellville Lusamine being one of the more drastic.
